Golden Girls to host workshops in February and March

The image shows five individuals posing in a bright, modern studio-like space with floor?to?ceiling windows. The windows form an entire wall stretching behind the group, revealing an outdoor view of greenery, trees, and a few distant structures. The polished floor creates clear reflections of the dancers.
All five individuals are wearing coordinated black athletic or dance attire, each striking a different pose that highlights flexibility and balance:

On the far left, one individual stands on one leg while extending the other behind them, with an arm raised overhead.
Next to them, another individual sits close to the floor in a wide split position, one arm lifted upward.
In the center background, an individual stands upright in a balanced, mid?pose stance with one leg slightly lifted and arms positioned gracefully.
To the right of center, an individual is captured in an inverted pose, supporting themselves on hands and shoulders, with legs extended upward and outward.
On the far right, another individual stands while holding one leg lifted high to the side in a vertical extension.

The setting is clean, open, and bright, with soft natural light filling the space. The overall composition showcases athleticism, coordination, and a contemporary dance aesthetic.
