Mays named the KJCCC Men’s D-II Player of the Week Johnson County Community College sophomore guard JaQuaylon Mays averaged 13.7 points, 4.3 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 2.7 steals and shot 57 percent from the field while leading the No. 1-ranked Lady Cavaliers to three of victories last week. That effort earned the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for week 3.
Boyland KJCCC D-II Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for week 3 – Johnson County Community College freshman forward LaJahda Boyland averaged a double-double of 12.5 points and 15.5 rebound while leading the No. 2-ranked Lady Cavaliers to a pair of victories last week. That effort earned the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week for week 3.
