OVERLAND PARK, Kan. – Johnson County Community College sophomore midfielder Brecken Hoy showcased her offensive skillset in the Cavaliers two victories last week which earned her the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II Women's Soccer Player of the Week for week four.
In a 3-0 victory over No. 20 Allen Community College on September 10, Hoy netted the opening goal, which stood as the game-winner, and later added the third tally for her first multiple-goal performance of the season.
Hoy followed that effort with a standout showing in Saturday's 5-0 road win at St. Louis, assisting on the game-winning goal and scoring the fourth.
Hoy now as six goals on the season, the second-most of any KJCCC D-II women's soccer player.
