Freshman Year 2024

Helped JCCC to a 30-7 record, a runner-up finish in the conference, a district championship and a runner-up finish at the NJCAA Division II National Championship … Played in 37 matches and 131 sets … Led the team, ranked second in Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference Division II and 22^nd in National Junior College Athletic Association Division II with 652 digs … That total also ranks sixth on JCCC’s season chart and 22^nd for a career … Also ranked fourth in the conference with a digs per set average of 4.98 and eighth in total receptions with 570 … Finished with 58 assists and 14 service aces … Topped double figures in digs in 35 of the 37 matches … Had 20+ digs 12 times and 30+ in two matches … Was selected the KJCCC D-II Defensive Player of the Week for week 2 after recording 16 digs in a sweep over cross-town rival Kansas City Kansas (8-28-24) … Was again named the Defensive Player of the Week the next week after tallying 74 digs during the week, with 70 coming during a weekend classic that was highlighted by victories over three ranked teams … Opened the weekend with 25 digs in a 3-2 win over Heartland  (9-6-24) and followed with 15, 14 and 16 digs in wins over Lincoln Land (9-6-24), No. 3 Parkland (9-7-24) and No. 14 Sauk Valley (9-7-24) … Earned the award for a third straight week after averaging 5.80 digs per set highlighted by a 32-dig effort in a 3-1 win over Des Moines Area (9-13-24) … Picked up 31 digs in a 3-1 win over No. 4 Kirkwood (9-21-24) … Earned the Defensive Player of the Week for a fourth time, picking up the week 8 honor after recording 44 digs in seven sets to average 5.29 digs per set … Finished with 27 digs in a 3-1 win at Metropolitan (10-9-24) and 17 in a road loss to No. 1 Cowley (10-12-24) … Posted a season-high 35 digs to help lead her team to a 3-1 win over Kansas City Kansas to capture the Region 6/Plains District B Championships (11-9-24) … Named to the NJCAA Division II National All-Tournament Team … Opened the tournament with 21 digs in the 3-2 comeback win over Iowa Central in the opening match (11-20-24) ..  Followed with 24 in a 3-1 win over No. 2 seed Parkland in the quarterfinals (11-21-24), 23 in a 3-1 win over Gulf Coast State in the semifinals (11-22-24) and 19 in the National Championship match against No. 1 Cowley (11-23-24) … Her 24 digs rank as the 13^th most in a match at nationals and her 23 digs tie for 14^th and her 21 digs tie for 18th ... Recorded four aces against Parkland, tying the third most in a match at nationals (11-21-24).
